We started out building a dashboard to simplify account management... what we ended up with was a multi-platform suite of apps that delivers convenience and function to SingleHop users.
The desktop and iPad apps allow users to:
- View the status of servers in their account
- Reboot servers
- Submit support requests and read & reply to open tickets
- View and securely pay invoices
- View status of the datacenter
Tandem Widget
This is one of our favorite innovations with this project: ClearSpan built a desktop application that compliments SingleHop's Tandem reseller's program.
The Tandem app provides all of the functionality of the regular app, but is customizable, allowing resellers to configure options and apply their own branding to the widget.
We built a custom packager that makes custom builds of the Tandem application for each reseller, providing a complete branded experience from install through running the application.
